We promote sustainable consumption by using reusable plastics, extending the lifespan of our products, and ensuring that every step of our operations—from material and design innovation to production processes—is carried out responsibly.To strengthen our Operations Team at our Ormelle site, we are currently seeking a Procurement Manager Italy:About The RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Procurement Manager Italy to lead and manage all purchasing activities for our production site specialized in plastic injection molding.The role is key to ensuring material availability, cost competitiveness, and operational excellence, while driving supplier performance and supporting the company’s growth and sustainability goals.Representative Activities:Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the local procurement strategy in alignment with Group guidelines.Manage purchasing activities for:Plastic raw materials (polymers, additives, masterbatch).Molds, tooling, and technical components.Spare parts, technical services.Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements with local and international suppliers.Identify, qualify, and develop a competitive and reliable supplier base.Monitor raw material markets to anticipate risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and industry standards.Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to secure operational continuity.Manage the procurement budget and report key performance indicators (cost, savings, delivery, quality).Contribute to investment projects (new production lines, capacity expansion).Promote sustainable sourcing practices and support ESG objectives.Requirements:Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment (plastics sector preferred).Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Knowledge of plastic raw material markets and supply chain dynamics.Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data analysis tools.Italian language speaking,Fluent in English (written and spoken), min level B2 CEF;Availability to travel domestically and internationally.What We OfferStrategic role in a dynamic and growing industrial environment.Direct impact on operational and sourcing strategy.Career growth opportunities within an international group.Competitive compensation package and benefits.What we are offering:Interested?
