Procurement Manager Marketing

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sourcing project strategies adapting to a diverse range of business needs and service requirements.Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with our strategic objectives.Collaborate with legal experts and internal stakeholders to optimize service offerings and ensure alignment with corporate goals.Leverage your expertise to drive efficiency and effectiveness in service engagements.Evaluate and select service providers based on criteria for quality, reliability, and innovation.Develop relationships with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Requirements:University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management and/or proven track of at least 5 years of experience in the procurement sourcing areaProven background in Marketing procurement sourcing projects and with contract negotiationsFluent in spoken and written English (German, French will be an advantage).Strong commercial acumen and expertise in negotiating and structuring complex deals.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.Contract review in English, drafting and creation of various agreements, including NDAs, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, etc,A proactive, curious mindset with hands on approach.
