Procurement Manager

Position: Data Center Procurement ManagerLocation: Seoul, South KoreaAn exciting opportunity to lead procurement operations for data center construction and maintenance projects. We're looking for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in sourcing, vendor management, and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement and tendering processes, including bid evaluations and purchase order issuanceCollaborate with operations on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to ensure cost-effective service deliveryAlign insurance policies with project timelines in coordination with legal teamsIdentify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategiesExpand and manage vendor pools (local & international) for competitive sourcingOversee logistics and supply chain coordination for long-lead equipmentMaintain procurement dashboards, reports, and approval trackers for transparency and complianceQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or PMP certification10+ years of experience in construction and engineering industriesStrong background in procurement strategy, vendor management, e-Procurement, and project executionProficiency in AI tools, reporting software, and advanced Excel functionsExcellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsExperience in data center projects is a plus
