If you're a results-oriented professional with a focus on optimizing processes and achieving financial efficiencies, we invite you to apply and contribute to our organization's successResponsibilitiesManage end to end procurement process of indirect procurement categories including technology, operations, marketing, processing, acquiring and general services, from requisition to delivery stage including supporting payment processing through the accounts payable teamGenerate cost savings and value-add through proactive the management of procurement activities, while working closely with stakeholders and suppliers.Support standardization and sharing of best practice across the group entities.Identify and deliver procurement savings through strategic initiatives, optimization, negotiations and identifying alternative suppliers.Category Management experienceSupplier Management – performance evaluation and management; supporting supplier risk management.Manage supplier Due Diligence including financial due diligence and the supplier on-boarding process.Drive improvement in procurement processes across the group through standardization, supplier catalogues, preferred suppliers and automation, with the objective of reducing processing times without compromising on internal controls. Ensure governance with group policies and Delegation of AuthorityParticipate in annual budgets and forecasting process for optimization of cost base year on year as per objectives laid down by the leadership team.Input into Procurement Tracker and Reporting of KPIs capturing processing times, Procurement savings etc.QualificationsJob-Specific Skills: Significant experience in operational procurement, strategic sourcingSupplier Relationship Management experience is a plus. Experience in spend analysis and highlighting and driving optimization initiatives Excellent working knowledge of Oracle ERP, especially in areas of procure to payExperience in the financial services sector or IT sectorStrong Negotiation and relationship Management SkillsGeneric SkillsExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrategic and AnalyticalStrong problem-solving skillsBusiness AcumenDetail oriented and organized, Strong planning and prioritization abilitiesHigh energy levels and Self motivatedIntegrityRelationship BuildingMust maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects Comfortable with flexible working schedule to meet the needs of the Company and its executives Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and in fast paced, dynamic environment.
