As the company is continuing their expansion in Sweden, OHLA is now searching for a new Procurement Manager situated in Stockholm. Three P is once again excited to share that we will support OHLA with the recruitment.About the positionAs a Procurement Manager, you will play a vital role in developing, executing and managing procurement strategies and guidelines. Your main area of responsibility is to procure solutions in time while successfully balancing risk, time and value. Your area of focus will be connected to the metro projects in Stockholm.Your responsibilities: Successfully collaborate with various departments to meet time- and technical requirementsPlan and execute procurement strategiesCollaborate and manage Suppliers in line with OHLA’s policies, guidelines and requirementsCreate contracts and packages for existing and future SuppliersNegotiate offers and contractsShare insights and actively engage in project-related meetingsContinuously update purchasing documentsCollaborate with Site Manager/Project Manager to ensure alignment with OHLA’s purchasing policiesQualifications The position has following qualifications:Experience of working with Swedish standard contracts in the construction industry such as AB, ABT, AMA etcExperience within the civil works sector, preferably from metro projectsAt least 5 years of purchasing experienceProfessional level of proficiency in Swedish and EnglishPreferably a Bachelor or Masters degree of Science in Engineering or similar degree within the technical areaAbout you As OHLA is a global infrastructure group, you thrive in an international setting.
