Procurement Manager

Job Title: Procurement Manager – Real EstateLocation: Gurgaon/DelhiSalary: 1.8 - 3 LPA + Lucrative IncentivesExperience: 0-3 Years (Freshers are welcomed)Responsibilities:- Identify, connect, and onboard new developers to expand Propeaze’s project portfolio.- Prepare market comparative analysis (comps) to recommend the best listing price.- Suggest improvements or staging tips to increase property marketability.- Ensure listings are promoted across platforms (website, portals, social channels).- Track lead flow and performance of marketing campaigns.- Assist in drafting offer sheets, LOIs, term sheets, and sale/lease agreements.- Maintain ongoing relationships and resolve owner concerns to ensure long-term association.- Conduct regular market canvassing to identify new opportunities.Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong communication and persuasion skills- Market awareness - pricing trends, localities, competitive offerings- Professional presentation and relationship-building skills- Negotiation and Deal closing ability- Analytical Skills to assess procurement data and drive informed decisions📞 Contact us at: +91 888 266 9975📧 Email: sukrit@propeaze.in🏢 Company: Propeaze
