Title: Procurement ManagerSector: Construction / Housing (Public Sector)Location: London / Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)Salary & Package: £55,000 - £65,000 + 25 days holiday (increasing to 30) + an additional strong benefits package!Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s top public sector procurement consortiums and framework providers. They work closely with public sector organisations across the UK and deliver value and cost savings across the country through smart and efficient procurement practices.With continued expansion and an increasing demand for their services, the team is now looking to add another procurement professional to join their collaborative and forward-thinking function.They are looking for someone with public sector procurement knowledge (PCR2015/PA23) that has experience managing or using frameworks, mini-competitions, and contracts or DPS tenders. You will work with the Head of Procurement in delivering compliant procurement activities across multiple areas such as Building Safety & Compliance, Newbuild Development, Professional Services, Decarbonisation & Renewables, Technology Solutions, and Facilities Management. This includes helping to plan, manage, and administer new frameworks, long-term contracts, and Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) tenders.Please read on and get in touch for more details:Key ResponsibilitiesManage the procurement of new frameworks, long-term contracts, and DPS solutions.Oversee mini-competitions, direct awards, and tenders to ensure they meet the needs of the business.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement requirements are met.Ensure accurate records of all procurement activities to demonstrate compliance with Procurement Act 2023.Manage the eSourcing procurement portal.Experience & RequirementsExperience with end-to-end procurement activities in a public sector organisationKnowledge relating to DPS, e-procurement platforms and frameworksComfortable working within public sector regulations (PCR 2015 and Procurement Act 2023)MCIPS or working towards would be beneficial but not essentialStrong work ethic and can manage multiple priorities at once
