Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager will direct report to General Manager.Procurement Manager will lead the overall procurement strategy and operations at Taman Safari Prigen, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and compliance across all purchasing activities. This role is responsible for developing vendor partnerships, optimizing sourcing processes, and supporting the Business Unit’s operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with business and financial objectives.Lead end-to-end procurement activities, from vendor selection and negotiation to contract management.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure product quality, cost control, and timely delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast needs, manage budgets, and support operational requirements.Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining ethical and sustainable procurement practices.Supervise and guide the procurement team to ensure process efficiency, transparency, and compliance with company policies.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Minimum 5–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or manufacturing industry.Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under dynamic conditions.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement systems.Willing to be based in Prigen, East Java.Due to the high volume of applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
