Procurement Manager

Join a global engineering leader in offshore oil & gas as a Project Procurement Manager. Take the lead in managing procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.Responsibilities:Develop area-specific procurement strategies and sourcing plans.Collaborate with project and engineering teams to meet requirements and timelines.Conduct market research, supplier evaluations, and bid analysis.Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships for quality and cost efficiency.Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with standards and policies.Report progress, cost savings, and risks to project leadership.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.Proven experience in procurement management for large-scale projects (Oil & Gas preferred).Strong negotiation and communication skills; proficiency in procurement tools and MS Office.Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.English professional fluency required, Dutch is a great addition.This is a full-time, permanent employment role.Ready to take the next step?
