Our clientele are selected with the utmost diligence, reflecting the high caliber of our services.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement & Vendor ManagementDevelop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.Lead vendor selection, evaluation, negotiation, and relationship management across furniture and building materials categories.Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards and delivery performance.Establish procurement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and efficiency.Negotiate key supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and operational needs.  Planning & Forecasting ExcellenceOversee demand planning and sales forecasting processes in collaboration with commercial teams.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure accurate demand signals and market intelligence.Develop seasonal planning strategies for furniture collections, product launches, and inventory positioning.Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and industry dynamics to inform forecasting models and procurement decisions.Implement forecasting methodologies and tools to improve accuracy and reduce forecast error.Inventory Management & OptimizationOptimize inventory levels to balance service levels with working capital efficiency and storage costs.Implement inventory reconciliation processes, controls, and audit mechanisms across all locations.Drive inventory turnover improvements, minimize obsolescence, and optimize stock rotation.Establish KPIs, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards for inventory performance monitoring.Coordinate with production and fulfilment teams to ensure optimal stock levels and material availability.Supply Chain Strategy & Risk ManagementLead procurement transformation initiatives aimed at cost savings, supplier risk mitigation, and quality control.Develop supplier diversification strategies to reduce dependency and ensure supply continuity.Implement supply chain risk assessment and mitigation frameworks.Ensure compliance with UAE import/export regulations and international trade requirements.Optimize procurement processes through automation and digital transformation initiatives.Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild and lead high-performing procurement, planning, and vendor management teams.Mentor team members, drive capability development, and foster professional growth.Foster cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, manufacturing, and commercial teams.Drive accountability, engagement, and performance management within the procurement function.Champion continuous improvement culture and best practice sharing across the organization.Financial Performance & GovernanceOwn procurement budget management and cost center performance.Develop performance dashboards and regularly report to senior leadership on procurement metrics.Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and risk management frameworks.Drive cost savings initiatives and track ROI on procurement investments.Interested Candidate can send his Resume with Subject "Procurement Manager" to Recruitment@valkyrie.ae
