Fraport Greece is currently looking to hire a caliber Procurement Officer. The ideal candidate will steer the process of the assigned projects in compliance with the corporate Procurement Procedure.The role is located in our HQ premises at Marousi."Apply now to join our dynamic team at a very exciting time."What you will be doing:Review the specifications of the projects assigned and identify areas for improvementConduct market research for new suppliers/contractors, products, and servicesPrepare Request for Proposals (RFPs) documentsHandle the tender process in compliance with the Procurement Procedure and collaborate with the internal customers and the suppliers/contractors for the successful outcome of the supply processPerform commercial evaluation, negotiate with suppliers/contractors, and report the tender results, recommending the best solution for the companyIssue the purchase orders in the SAP MM system, ensuring that all agreed terms and conditions with the suppliers/contractors are depicted on themCooperate with the legal team and the vendor for the finalization of the contracts based on the agreed prices and technical termsReport, archive, and track the tender and purchasing documentsFollow up on contracts in SAP regarding their execution based on the agreed prices and commercial termsRequirementsBSc in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or FinanceA minimum of four years of solid experience in procurement, preferably in Maintenance and IT sector.
