Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesSupport the Procurement department in commercial management servicesKeep registry of all vendorsRegularly update the registry of vendors informationSource suppliers in line with the requirements, evaluate and select based on cost, quality and timeNegotiate terms and conditions of the proposalsFinalize the vendor proposals in line with budget and user requirementsPrepare LPO / Contracts as per the management approvalReview purchase processesReview purchase requisition and issuing purchase ordersEnsure procurement materials are delivered as per the agreementMaintain accurate records of purchasesEstimate costs to establish budgetsMonitor spending and identify options to reduce costsKeep track of material market prices and market trends and analysis the data to make informed decisionsEnsure the purchases are in line with the company policies and proceduresSupport other departments for the procurement needs and resolve any issues. Qualification – Diploma holder or Engineering degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE as Procurement Specialist
