We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented individual to join our team as Procurement Officer at our Head Office in Jakarta.Job Responsibilities : Oversee and execute the procurement of raw materials, supplies, and equipment as per business needs. Review purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance with budget and procurement policies. Ensure timely issuance of purchase orders (POs) and monitor order tracking until delivery. Identify, qualify, and evaluate suppliers and service providers based on quality, pricing, delivery reliability, and compliance. Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring clear terms and compliance with legal and organizational standards. Prepare and present periodic reports on procurement performance, savings, and vendor performance. Job Requirements : Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance 2 years of procurement experience Strong experience in material purchasing and service provider contracts Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor evaluation techniques. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
