You will join the Procurement Department and contribute to the full procurement lifecycle – from tendering to contract management.Your MissionsManage the end-to-end procurement process for indirect goods and services.Develop and implement negotiation strategies to achieve optimal value.Anticipate and identify internal purchasing needs through regular interaction and data analysis.Ensure market openness by clearly defining internal requests and engaging suppliers early.Update technical and commercial specifications according to project requirements.Oversee active contracts (claims, renewals, renegotiations) in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Contribute to the long-term procurement strategy and purchasing plans for specific categories.Your profileMaster’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Applied Economics, or equivalent.3+ years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial environment.Strong experience in negotiations and tender management.Knowledge of public procurement procedures is a plus.Experience in technical purchasing is an advantage.Experience in the pharmaceutical and energy sectors is a plus.Excellent written and contractual drafting skills.Strong sense of initiative, diplomacy, and problem-solving.Team player with good organization and stress management.Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.Proficient in MS Office, familiar with SAP or Coupa.Driving license (B) required.What We OfferOpportunities to work on high-impact projects with leading companies.A dynamic and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.Exposure to international clients and diverse industries, enhancing both skills and expertise.Access to continuous learning and development programs to advance your career.A culture that values initiative, creativity, and teamwork.Diversity and InclusionWe are proud to promote diversity.
