Start building meaningful relationships, develop key skills, and launch your professional journey with us at Accenture!YOUR MISSION:Build strong relationships with project managers, agencies, clients, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective onboarding solutions. Participate in the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local laws. Assist with requisition validation, work order creation or review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, benchmarking, rate negotiations, and exit processes. Collaborate with Contractor Exchange Helpdesk, Legal, HR, and Tax teams to resolve issues efficiently and identify optimal solutions. Participate in meetings, trainings, and process documentation, contributing ideas for ongoing improvement. WHO YOU ARE: Secondary education with school-leaving examination or Follow-up/Higher Professional Education.Up to 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role.Advanced English and German language skills (at least B2+). User knowledge of MS Office. Ability to understand client requirements. Organizational skills with attention to detail. Proactive and supportive attitude. Independence in problem solving.
