Procurement Senior Manager (COE / Strategy)

Your new company Are you a strategic procurement leader with a passion for driving enterprise-wide value across diverse spend categories? My client is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead category management initiatives across ICT and other key procurement areas, delivering impactful sourcing strategies and fostering strong supplier partnerships. Your new roleThis role is responsible for shaping and executing category strategies across ICT and other complex procurement areas. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to align procurement efforts with business goals, optimise supplier performance, and unlock value through data-driven insights and strategic sourcing.Develop and implement enterprise-wide category strategies across ICT and other procurement domains using innovative sourcing approaches.Build a comprehensive understanding of spend across various categories, identifying opportunities for aggregation and synergy.Partner with business units to tailor procurement strategies to their unique needs and future plans.Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and service levels.Establish and nurture strategic supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.Use advanced analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and influence enterprise-wide procurement decisions.Collaborate with procurement teams to deliver sourcing strategies and value-driven initiatives.You will be handling a spent more than 400 million per year.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in strategic sourcing and category management.Proven track record in managing regional supplier relationships and contracts.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.Passionate about delivering meaningful impact through procurement excellence.What you need to do now If you're keen on pursuing this exciting opportunity, please send a copy of your CV (word document) to belinder.kaur@hays.com.sg (Registration ID No. R1545727)EA Licence No.: 07C3924Company's Registration number: 200609504D
