🧩 About the Role – Procurement SME (Mexico)We are hiring an experienced Procurement Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a strategic ERP migration from AS400 systems to SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical to ensuring procurement continuity, data integrity, and process optimization across our Mexico operations.The SME will collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to define, test, and refine procurement workflows and controls in the new ERP environment.🔑 Key Responsibilities📄 Purchase Order (PO) ManagementLead the clean-up and maintenance of purchase orders to ensure data accuracy and completenessIdentify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors in PO recordsEstablish and promote best practices for PO lifecycle management📦 PIR & Material Master Data ManagementOversee the cleansing and preparation of Purchase Info Records (PIR) and Material Master dataEnsure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and verify master data integrity🧾 Supplier Master Data OversightManage supplier onboarding and updates, ensuring compliance with internal and Mexican regulatory requirements✅ Data Validation & PreparationConduct comprehensive validation of procurement data to meet technical and operational standardsDevelop and implement data validation protocols to ensure high-quality data migration and system readiness🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field(Advanced students may be considered if they have relevant experience)Hands-on experience with AS400 systems and SAP S/4HANA – ideal but not mandatoryProven expertise in procurement master data managementAdvanced proficiency in Power BI and ExcelProficiency in ERP and data management toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyIntermediate English and Portuguese proficiency (desired but not indispensable)2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations in MexicoFamiliarity with ERP systems and project management methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Office Suite - ideal but not mandatory🌎 Join us to help shape the future of procurement operations in Brasil through innovation and transformation.
