Procurement Specialist

We are a leading manufacturing company specialized in cryogenic tank production, serving both domestic and international markets. We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist with a background in manufacturing and industrial components sourcing.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and evaluate suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and company requirementsManage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFQs and negotiations to order placement and delivery follow-upCollaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to understand technical requirements and delivery timelinesPrepare, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring terms and conditions align with company policies and project needsNegotiate terms, pricing, and contract clauses with suppliers to optimize cost, delivery, and quality performanceMaintain and improve vendor relationships; monitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular evaluationsEnsure timely procurement to support production schedules and avoid material shortagesKeep accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsMonitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities or cost-saving initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAbility to manage multiple procurement projects and priorities in a fast-paced production environmentStrong communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsExperience with ERP systems (e.g.,Mikrofly)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsProficient in MS OfficeFluent in English (written and spoken); technical English terminology knowledge is essentialLiving/Willing to live in Bandırma or GönenWhat We OfferCareer opportunity in a strong production facility serving international marketsA dynamic and professional team environmentDirect involvement in strategic decision-makingLong-term career growth and development opportunities
