Role Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities, vendor relationships, and contract administration. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, optimize sourcing strategies, and contribute to operational efficiency across departments.Key Responsibilities:1. Contracts Management2. IT Asset & Service ProcurementBasic Qualifications, Skills & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and vendor lifecycle management.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• High attention to detail, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.• Strong report-making and data analysis capabilities.Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experience• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contracts and vendor management, preferably in banking, financial services, government, or similar sectors.• Exposure to systems, processes, and controls related to Procurement & Inventory.Skills and Competencies• Fair proficiency in ERP/procurement systems.• Good PC skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).• Strong negotiation skills.• Wide base of vendor relationships.• Advanced skills in report generation, performance tracking, and presenting insights to management.
