Procurement Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Purchase Specialist to join our team on site in Cluj-Napoca/Floresti. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Procurement Department of the company.Main Reponsabilities:Supplier Management & Procurement Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services at the best cost while maintaining quality standards.Contract & Compliance Oversight Ensure that all purchase agreements, contracts, and procurement processes comply with legal regulations, company policies, and project specifications.Inventory & Cost Control Monitor material availability, track procurement budgets, and collaborate with project teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and minimize costsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, commerce, Business Administration.3-5 years of solid experience; 0-5 years of experience in Construction sector.The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.Strong knowledge of construction and tunnel machines is preferable and local market knowledge, network and business development skills.Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Capable of meeting tight deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English.familiar with the ERP Systems(Preferable)
