Procurement Specialist

As part of our continuous growth and the construction of a new production facility, we are looking to add to our team a motivated and experienced Procurement Specialist.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Analyze and plan current and future material, raw material, and service needs;Negotiate terms, prices, and deadlines with suppliers;Manage the purchasing process – from order placement to delivery and acceptance;Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize surpluses;Work with samples, specifications, and approvals;Monitor market trends and identify alternative sources;Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and standards;Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, and Finance departments.REQUIREMENTS:University degree (Economics, Logistics, Trade, or a related field);Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience;Excellent command of MS Office and ERP systems;English level C1;Strong organizational and communication skills;Experience in the food industry will be considered an advantage;Negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.ADVANTAGES:Understanding of global market dynamics and supply chain processes;Ability to analyze KPIs and optimize costs;Experience working with international suppliers and customs procedures.WHAT WE OFFER:Opportunity for growth and development in an innovative manufacturing company;Flexible working hours;Company events and team-building activities;Unlimited access to our delicious protein bars;Additional health insurance (including options for family members);Meal vouchers worth 200 BGN per month;Provided parking space;Work location: Sofia, Iliantsi District, 41 Rozhen Blvd.HOW TO APPLY:If you recognize yourself in this description and want to become part of the Healthy Bars team, please send us your CV.
