HONOR owns 3,000+ service centers and 43 call centers, providing premium and efficient services to customers in over 82 markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESIn charge of the whole procurement process for category- based supplier selection (responsible for General procurement, Brand Marketing Procurement, Admin procurement and Production procurement) Lead the bidding, negotiation and price comparison strategiesProvide management reports and key performance data and monitor cost savings on monthly basisDevelopment of new vendors databaseNew vendor qualification, collection of documents for new vendor registrationBuild, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communicationsCoordinating work with marketing/retail/legal/finance/tax departmentsReporting procurement result and strategyReleasing the manual POInternal and external communicationDocument managementWorking with internal systemsPROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTEHigher education (bachelor’s degree or above)Related work experience (2+ years of experience in consumer electronics / fashion / retail / FMCG)Strong negotiation and communication skillsGood presentation skillsStrong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above)Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel skill is a must)WHAT WE OFFERWorking time: 5/2 since 9.30 a.m. to 18.00 p.m.Comfortable office on Landmark II Business centerOpportunity for professional growth and career developmentCompetitive salary and bonusesMedical insuranceMobile phone allowance and another benefits
