Procurement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure supply chain efficiency.Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.Handle procurement documentation, including invoices, contracts, and reports.Work with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payment and delivery.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and English1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.Familiarity with import/export regulations is a plus.
