Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day purchasing process for our veterinary clinics, ensuring efficient and accurate supply of products and materials.Your contribution will directly impact the continuity of our clinical operations and the quality of patient care across the network.Key ResponsibilitiesCentralize and process clinic orders, placing them with suppliers through Excel, online platforms, or internal tools.Visit clinics periodically to discuss needs with staff and collect orders where required.Enter delivery notes and receipts into the system after quantitative and qualitative checks, ensuring accuracy with invoices and delivery documents.Notify the Procurement Manager of any discrepancies (quantity, batch, expiration date) and liaise with suppliers to resolve them.Monitor delivery deadlines, follow up on delays, and manage product shortages.Track products nearing expiration, verify stock levels, and coordinate transfers between clinics when necessary.Verify and validate final orders in collaboration with the Procurement Manager.Maintain consistent communication with suppliers and clinic personnel to ensure smooth procurement operations.General ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update the supplier, product, and price database.Request and compare product quotations.Negotiate basic commercial terms in coordination with the Procurement Manager.Monitor minimum stock levels and signal the need for replenishment.Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and legal regulations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education.Previous experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary field is a strong advantage.Prior experience in procurement or administrative roles preferred.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ordering or ERP platforms.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize.What We OfferThe opportunity to directly contribute to the efficiency of the PartnerVet procurement network.A dynamic work environment with direct exposure to suppliers and clinics in the veterinary-medical field.Professional growth and career advancement opportunities within the procurement team.
