Skyryse One, our first production aircraft powered by SkyOS, was unveiled in 2024 and features the simplest, safest, and most intuitive flight controls in general aviation.PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - EL SEGUNDO, CAAs a Procurement Specialist operating within the framework of AS9100D, you will be responsible for  the acquisition of materials and components critical to aircraft manufacturing, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality and regulatory requirements.This is a full-time onsite opportunity based out of El Segundo, CA.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that are aligned with organizational objectivesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendorsSupport negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreementsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and qualityProactively identify and address risks in the supply chain (ex: notifying teams of long lead times)Maintain accurate records and documentation of all procurement related activities Lead and support the product production line as needed Support  the development of project plans, objectives, scopes, and communicate with stakeholdersAdditional responsibilities as neededMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors of Science in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field 4+ years of professional experience in procurement within aerospace, aircraft manufacturing or FAA regulated environmentSelf-starter with ability to drive improvement, meet timeliness and objectivesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline. 10+ years of professional experience in procurement within a highly technical environmentFamiliarity with ERP software such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO9001, and other Quality Standards is highly desirableWHY SKYRYSE?The opportunity to change the world through improving aviation safety and accessibilitySalary Range: $90,000- $130,000Valuable stock option planHeavily subsidized medical, dental and vision plansFull-time employees are eligible for 20 days of paid time off (PTO) and 5 sick days annually.  PTO and sick days must be used in accordance with Company policy.
