The Responsibilities associated with this position include:Ensure compliance with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) policies and guidelines throughout all stages of the sourcing and tendering process.Perform sourcing, supplier qualification, procurement and delivery of project indirect commodity requests.Prepare RFX (RFI, RFP, RFQ), NTP, and NOA.Oversee and manage end-to-end procurement functions, ensuring operational efficiency and timely delivery of goods and materials.Develop and implement strategies that optimize cost efficiency, minimize lead times, and maximize customer satisfaction.Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams in planning and executing procurement strategies while ensuring seamless integration of supply chain activities throughout the project lifecycle.Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving any issues that may arise.Monitor project timelines, milestones, and critical paths, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks and bottlenecks to ensure timely project completion.Collaborate with the SCM Project and Logistics for the freight forwarding, insurance, packing, transportation, and distribution of purchased commodities to destination.Draft, review and manage contracts for goods and services within the assigned specialized category. Collaborate with other support groups (Technical, Legal, Risk, Commercial) for the finality of contracts.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, meeting quality standards and specifications at the least cost, in accordance with the approved purchasing procedures and the PO terms and conditions are properly enforced. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and risk management in Supply Chain Management processes.Facilitate performance reviews and assesses overall vendor performance and reliability.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and logistics activities, including purchase orders, invoices, shipping documentation, and compliance records.RequirementsSkills: Procurement and LogisticsCommunication SkillsNegotiation SkillsInterpersonal SkillsAnalytical skills with the ability to identify compliance risks related to policies and procedures.Technology Skills (MS Office, Procurement system, e-Bidding)Knowledgeable in SCM processes for Renewable Energy power plants Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in supply chain management, industry-specific requirements.Experience: At least 2 years in operation and maintenance – renewable energy power plant operations (equipment and parts).Education:BS in Engineering, Supply Chain Management - or equivalent.
