Besides the USA and Asia, Playstudios Europe opened its doors in Belgrade in 2021.We are a dynamic and young-minded environment, blooming with talented developers, creatives, quality assurance professionals, and other leaders working together to change the face of social gaming!Duties And ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Production Lead, Stakeholders & Development Teams to define, develop, and improve workflows and processes Participate in project definition and backlog creation in cooperation with product owner and relevant stakeholders Responsible for the full lifecycle from project planning, effort estimations, resources allocation, ceremony scheduling, and leading Proactively do risk analysis, at least two sprints in advance, with focus on resource status, planned vacations and holidays, and do accurate tracking in order to reach project delivery Guide the teams in time estimating practices and facilitate time estimates Drive team sprint execution, communicate with management, and stakeholders Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance Able to do retros and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity Implement and support principles, rules, and processes Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow Improve and maintain production data in the project management tool to support estimates, execution, and efficiency Supports product owners with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope Conduct team meetings to update, identify, and resolve issues Know each project in terms of scope, size, and complexity, and make sure to plan accordingly Know and manage the Roadmap with the Production Lead RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3–5+ years of experience in game development or production Strong project management skills, including familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate cross-functional teams (design, art, engineering, QA) Deep understanding of the game development lifecycle, from concept to launch and live operations Proficiency with production tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure Budgeting and scheduling experience to ensure projects stay on time and within scope Passion for gaming and a deep knowledge of current game trends, genres, and platformsPreferredExperience in slot game production Knowledge of player psychology and engagement mechanics relevant to casino and slot games.. Collaboration experience with artists and animators to deliver visually compelling and theme-consistent slot games Experience with A/B testing and feature optimization for monetization and engagement tuning. Comfort working with math designers and external studios/vendors in delivering game components or full game packages.
