In this role you will lead production teams and oversee national and international productions, ensuring creative excellence and efficient execution. You will manage budgets, sales pitches, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining optimizing workflows and high-quality standards that are aligned with the COMMONVISION aesthetic.DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the production team and manage the process from concept to execution, optimizing resources to deliver successful and profitable major advertising campaigns at creative excellence Collaborate closely with directors, creatives, and department headsCo-manage sales pitch processes, plan and oversee production budgets, and communicate with various stakeholders as well as clientsHandle price negotiations with clients, service productions, key crew members, as well as other providersManage project budgets, monitor expenses, including SCoPEBuild and maintain strong client and agency relationships as well as various external stakeholders Ensure high-end film quality standard by constantly enhancing creativity while optimizing production processesResearch and scout new creative talents that are in line with the COMMONVISION aesthetic, especially film directors WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR5+ years experience as a Producer with a proven track record in executing high-level commercial film projects in superior quality, on schedule, and within budget - international experience is a mustProven track record in managing pitches, monitoring creative project workflows while ensuring client satisfactionGreat interpersonal skills, especially in communicating with stakeholdersSolid knowledge of all standard film production processes as well as technical, financial and qualitative norms across departmentsExtensive business network connections within the creative advertising industry A clear sense of the COMMONVISION aesthetics and awareness of what is going on in the fashion, art, and advertising worldHighly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to manage both creative and technical discussionsCareer-driven professional who takes initiative, embraces responsibility, and is driven to contribute to the company’s growth and successHigh proficiency in MS Office and Google WorkspaceBusiness proficiency in English and German - both written and spokenExperience in the post-production is a plusWHAT WE ARE OFFERINGMarket-competitive salaryOpportunity to take on significant responsibility and exercise impactful decision-making, earned through consistent performance and excellence in your workGenuine potential to make an impact, with your voice valued and your ideas contributing to the company’s growth and developmentA new great office in Berlin Kreuzberg with a motivating, international, and creative working atmosphere and a high level of personal flexibility Corporate benefits program with attractive discounts at over 1,500 partners in Germany (incl.
