KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage Production: Oversee all aspects of video and photo shoots, including scheduling, budgeting, and logistics.Pre-Production: Collaborate with teams to prepare shot lists, scripts, and organize talent, locations, and equipment.On-Set Supervision: Ensure smooth operations during shoots, solving any problems that arise.Post-Production: Oversee editing and final delivery of projects on time and within quality standards.Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with creative teams and clients to keep them informed, ensuring all content aligns to the brief and quality standards.Support Content Creator Team: Assist and coordinate with content creators to ensure smooth production processes and consistent output quality.JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum 1-2 years in a Producer or Production role within the industry, with extensive experience in video & photo production.Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any major.Strong organizational and project management skills.Familiar with studio setups and production equipment.Ability to handle multiple projects at once.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Familiar with editing software (Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).Passionate to work at a fast paced Production field.Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.Digital savvy: Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and emerging creative technologies.
