This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in shaping new product concepts, supporting end-to-end development, and ensuring our product launches are strategically aligned with consumer demand and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities Innovation & Concept SupportConduct market and competitive benchmarking to identify trends, product gaps, and consumer demandCreate data-backed product concept briefs to support Marketing and R&DTranslate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing throughout the product lifecycleSupport documentation development for internal approvals, presentations, and launch materialsEnsure smooth alignment across teams to maintain timelines and project accuracy Packaging, Labeling & Copy DevelopmentDevelop draft packaging concepts, label structures, and written copy for packaging materialsCollaborate with Quality & Regulatory to ensure all packaging components meet regional compliance and formatting requirementsCoordinate revisions, version control, and stakeholder review cycles for packaging and label assets Naming ManagementLead the end-to-end naming process for new productsOrganize brainstorming sessions, manage naming forms, and guide names through cross-functional evaluationSubmit proposed names for legal review and manage feedback, iterations, and approvalsEnsure final name alignment across stakeholders and maintain all related documentation Reporting & AnalysisBuild and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track product performance, innovation pipeline metrics, and market benchmarksProvide regular insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership on trends, performance drivers, and opportunitiesAnalyze post-launch performance, customer feedback, retention, and sales trends to identify optimizations or new product opportunitiesPresent reports in clear, actionable formats tailored to executive and cross-functional stakeholdersRequirementsExperience in product development, product analysis, consumer insights, or related fieldsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategyExperience working cross-functionally with R&D, regulatory, marketing, or supply chain teamsExcellent written communication skills for drafting packaging copy and naming rationalesHighly organized with strong project management and version control disciplineFamiliarity with supplements, wellness, FMCG, or health products is a plusWhat We OfferFully remote position with a collaborative, fast-paced environmentOpportunity to contribute to innovative wellness products used by customers worldwideGrowth opportunities in a dynamic, data-driven product organizationPowered by JazzHRyN3xHS9dbq
