In this role you will provide support for a large project to migrate timekeeping from legacy Kronos iSeries to the new UKG Workforce Management cloud solution.ResponsibilitiesProvide analysis and product configuration to include pay rule/work rule setup, clock configuration, hyperfind and data view buildsAssist with go-livesProvide operational supportResolving incident ticketsTechnical support work – things like badge swipe and getting error on the clock, in WFM and getting this error, we can train on how to remote into clock and clock troubleshooting.Requirements5-7 years of relevant work experienceFamiliarity with UKG Workforce ManagementFamiliar with creating payrolls and paycodesKronos iSeries (or similar) knowledge
