About Optimize Wealth Management:Optimize Wealth Management is a premier portfolio management firm that uses proprietary technology to make wealth management more transparent, efficient, and cost-effective. We are looking for a Product Analyst to support the strategy, measurement, and continuous improvement of our wealth management platform and related service offerings.The Opportunity:Join our Toronto-based team as a Product Analyst focused on enhancing and expanding Optimize’s technology platform and service offerings. This full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) will center on improving end-to-end user experiences, conducting competitive research, and supporting the development of new features and products that provide value for clients and advisors.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of technology products supporting financial planning, estate planning, tax, insurance, mortgage, and investment services.Collaborate with internal teams (advisory, technology, service) to optimize the user experience for both clients and advisors.Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for product innovation.Gather and document detailed product requirements and user feedback to inform feature development.Support project managers and developers with testing, implementation, and iteration of new solutions.Develop reports and dashboards to monitor product performance, adoption, and satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.3–5 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or financial services technology.Strong understanding of the financial services landscape, including wealth management, estate planning, tax, insurance, and mortgage products.Proven ability to translate complex processes into improved user experiences.Experience with competitive research, data analysis, and product lifecycle support.Proficiency with data and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or HubSpot Dashboards.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
