Looking for a 2+ years experienced Product Analyst. SciSpace is a product-based AI startup.AI Assistant for Research using state-of-the-art language models (ChatGPT for Research)At SciSpace, we're using language models to automate and streamline research workflows from start to finish. And the best part? We're already making waves in the industry, with a whopping 5 million users on board as of November 2025! Our users love us too, with a 40% MOM retention rate and 10% of them using our app more than once a week! We're growing by more than 50% every month, all thanks to our awesome users spreading the word (see it yourself on Twitter). And with almost weekly feature launches since our inception, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Our team of experts in design, front-end, full-stack engineering, and machine learning is already in place, but we're always looking for new talent to help us take things to the next level. Our user base is super engaged and always eager to provide feedback, making Scispace one of the most advanced applications of language models out there.What you’ll do:Assess and prioritise bugs and features based on impactConduct thorough quality checks of features and work closely with engineering to ensure issues are resolved.Gather quantitative and qualitative data from multiple sources, such as user feedback, surveys, sales metrics, and usage analytics.Use statistical tools and data visualisation techniques to interpret trends and patterns.Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings and recommendations with stakeholders.Track and evaluate product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) like user engagement, retention, and revenue.Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights about user behavior and preferences.Our ideal candidates would:2+ years of experience in product analysis or a related role.A degree in a relevant field, such as business analytics, data science, or product management, or at leastProficiency in statistical tools, data visualisation, and analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, etcAbility to research deeply, analyse problems thoroughly, and identify pain points within the product.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly in writing and verbal communication.Curiosity to explore, passion to dive deeper into product challenges, and a strong capability to unearth actionable insights.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of LLMs and generative AI is advantageous.Company Culture:In the words of one of the employees:Tons of independence.Mission-led company that drives everything that we do.Great environment, great colleagues, and we are well looked after.Fast-paced and constantly changing, with an ambition to always do better.Flexible hours.High-impact projects and highly talented co-workers.
