Product and Solution Manager

Job Duties:1. Assist sales team to complete regional project sales tasks.2. For specific projects, complete the requirements collection, solution design & presentation, on-site testing and training.3. Work with BDM local teams to develop industry market customers, explore project opportunities, follow up project progress and promote project landing.4. Promotion, training and technical guidance for industry-based products and solutions to internal sales and DPP customers.5. According to industry market demand collection and research, combined with competitor program analysis, develop regional industry solutions.6.Cooperate with salesmen, organize preparation and implementation of product-related promotion conferences, exhibitions, customer visits, etc.7. Proof and develop technical related materials for product launches.8. Assist with industry trade shows by representing the products you manage.9. Serve as a key strategic and technical advisor for opportunities, making recommendation to sales team based on customer requirements and solution capabilities.10. Create and maintain accurate technical overviews/spec/document for products and solutions.11. Test Dahua and competitor camera features in order to create powerful marketing messages to demonstrate value of Dahua product.Job Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, communication, electronics, IT etc.2. 3+ years of work experience (technical service and support) in CCTV/IT/Telecom industry, professionals from other CCTV companies preferred. Strong technical experience of higher-end CCTV equipment including Storage, Transmission, Intercom and Access Control systems.3. Familiar with video surveillance products and related solutions, systematically understand network, storage, server, etc., can independently configure technical proposals, design technical solutions.4. Industry market research and analysis, competitor analysis experience, and promotion of industry product solutions.5. Good communication skills and persuasiveness, independent analytical and problem solving skills.6. Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking.
