工作职责:Business Context and Main Purpose of the JobThe key job role is to lead Innovation Appraisal and BKS program. This includes:Responsible for product performance evaluation based on deep consumer and technical insightGenerate and support appealing claims based with robust methodology developmentResponsible for Home Care Product Knowledge based selling (KBS) or science communication. Generate technology-based product story and demos to demonstrate product superiority.Interaction in a multi-disciplinary business environment, providing a critical link between the business, particularly the R&D team, and external authoritiesMain AccountabilitiesConsumer InsightGain consumer insight for innovation project, margin improvement project.
