OHB Sweden is a leading Swedish supplier of space systems. We develop, build, test and commission satellites and subsystems for space missions in, for example, communication, earth observation and space research for institutional and commercial customers within and outside Europe.We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated member of the Quality & Product Assurance team to join us at OHB Sweden, a company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions in the field of space technology. We are looking for a person who wants to work either as a Product Assurance Manager or as a Quality Assurance Manager with us.The Quality & Product Assurance team within OHB Sweden plans, manage, and execute quality assurance aspects from initial product design, manufacturing, and testing, all the way to delivery.Your Role and Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with product and quality standards from design through production and delivery.Plan and execute reviews and inspections with suppliers and customers.Review and approve project documentation, materials, processes, and EEE components.Manage deviations, non-conformance issues, and lead root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions.Act as the main contact for quality assurance with customers and suppliers, ensuring continuous improvement of quality management systems.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent organization and communication skillsExperience from Product/Quality Assurance within space or other advanced technology and manufacturingExperience of materials, processes, and EEE reviewsUniversity degree (MSc) in Engineering, Electronics, Materials, Quality, or similarExcellent speaking and writing skills in EnglishWho are we looking for:We are looking for a team player with high emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills).
