We're not just building crucial products for the satellites and launchers industry, we’re helping to improve life on earth.Your missionJoin Beyond Gravity as a Product Assurance Manager and lead our quality initiatives in the Business Unit Thermal & Mechanisms. As a core project team member your mission will be to ensure the highest standards of product assurance and quality management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to final qualification.In this role you will:Develop and cultivate a strong product assurance culture at the project levelAct as main interface for customer for all quality topics and convert customer critical-to-quality requirements into internal specificationsLead non-conformance and failure investigations to uphold product requirementsSupervise product development and qualification for all quality aspectsEnsure successful product assurance programs in line with project milestonesExecute hardware inspection pointsSupport and achieve final product qualification and contribute to customer, supplier and internal audits Your storyRelevant experience in quality and continuous improvementHigher education in Engineering or a related discipline preferably in the field of mechanics or mechatronicsExperience with quality preventive methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone)Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL is beneficialExcellent communication skills in English and basic understanding of GermanBoth analytical and critical thinking alongside with the ability to ask tough questions and represent Beyond Gravity's interestsWhy join Beyond Gravity?
