Product Business Manager

These are available in seven markets across Southeast Asia and Taiwan under various brands, including ShopeePay, SPayLater, and other brands.Job Description:Manages end to end of product features covering conceptualization, design, enhancements, roll-out, post-deployment monitoring, and evaluation against product development process; Subject matter expert internally providing support and training to relevant stakeholdersEnsures smooth, timely, and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working, promoting innovation and growth within the team, and drives continuous process optimizations within the organizationWork with different Business Units within Shopee Group, Regional Product Managers and Developers to ideate, build, and optimize the customer’s use journeyCollaborates and coordinates across multiple business teams such as Budget & Planning, Bank Partnerships and Wallet Infrastructure, Analytics, Operations, Frauds, etc.Perform other related duties as neededRequirements:At least 5 years of product management experience in the Philippines banking, financial services companies, or leading tech companies in a related industryHands-on experience with launching and managing new product features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong grasp of numbers, ability to derive insights and sound recommendations from data & metrics to back up assumptions, and ability to tackle complex, unstructured challengesExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholdersHas project management skillset, Good attention to detail, highly proactive, critical thinker, has a growth mindset, and a team playerDisplays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakesProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar programs
