Our employees are at the heart of everything we do – they are the key to our growth and our ongoing pursuit of excellence.To strengthen our Product Management team, we are looking for a professional, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Product & Category Insights Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will deliver comprehensive market, category, ingredient, and competitive intelligence to enable Product Managers to make insight-driven decisions. This role strengthens product strategy and development by providing clear, proactive, and data-backed recommendations. It does not lead product development directly but ensures that Product Managers’ choices are grounded in strong evidence and aligned with market direction. This position is critical in supporting Sirio EU’s product and category direction to achieve ambitious growth targets.This position can be based at our Frankfurt office or performed remotely from selected European locations.The Role/Responsibilities:Track EU and global supplement trends, category shifts, ingredient innovation, and competitor activityProvide insights and data to inform PM-led roadmap decisions and NPD prioritizationIdentify white space, category opportunities, and risks to strengthen PM business casesDeliver ingredient and category briefs to guide formulation and technology decisionsCreate insight reports, dashboards, and competitive maps for internal teams, and establish processes to ensure this information can be easily sharedCollaborate with PM, R&D, Regulatory, Commercial, and Sales to ensure insights support product directionSupport customer meetings by providing product and category insights that help Sales strengthen and grow customer portfoliosCollaborate with Marketing to identify the insight resources and market data needed to support EU initiatives, campaigns, and category-focused activitiesSupport Marketing with category insights for Sirio-led Innovation Days, customer events, and webinars targeting specific health categories.Profile/Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Market Research, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field5+ years of experience in insights, category management, competitive intelligence, or product strategy (supplements or FMCG preferred)Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendationsFamiliarity with EU supplement markets and retail channelsStrategic, proactive, and highly organizedInsight-driven and highly analytical, with a structured approach to problem-solvingStrong collaborator who enhances Product Management decision-makingComfortable working across multiple data sources, categories, and cross-functional teamsThrives in a collaborative environment and brings a senior-level perspective to decision-makingFluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plusWillingness to travel, primarily within GermanyWe Offer:Ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesA positive and collaborative work environmentFlexible working hours and hybrid working models supporting a healthy work–life balanceAn international company environment with colleagues from around the world
