We’re looking for a Product Consultant who combines financial acumen with a customer-oriented mindset to join our team.In this role, you’ll put your accounting and Procountor skills into action by providing top-quality consultancy services to our customers. Your work will include managing projects, leading training sessions, and handling implementation tasks related to the Procountor product family. You’ll train and guide customers in the effective use of our software, support accounting firms in transitioning their clients to Procountor, and collaborate closely with our sales team by providing product expertise during the sales process.We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping and teaching others, ensuring that every customer feels confident, supported, and satisfied with our solutions.This is a full-time, permanent position. Our team is spread across multiple locations, so your home base can be any of our offices in Finland.What We Are Looking For We are seeking a service-minded, flexible team player to join our team. You might be the expert we’re looking for if you have:A solid background in financial management, for example as an accountant.Strong Procountor experience and a good grasp of the core functionalities.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent Finnish and English skills, both spoken and written. (Swedish language skills are considered an asset.)A proactive attitude toward serving customers in the best possible way, taking responsibility for your work, and a genuine enthusiasm for developing and maintaining your expertise are at the core of this role.
