Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.Work you’ll doWe are looking for a highly skilled Product Management professionals who share our passion for translating ideas into relevant and innovative products to solve business problems. More specifically, this role is responsible for defining, designing, building, delivering, and supporting groundbreaking new products, while managing our existing portfolio of software, analytics and SaaS-based products.The Product Consultant is responsible for applying a business lens to market needs and defining the structure for software solutions in terms of key stakeholders, high-level interactions, capabilities, user stories, and any specific business requirements. The Product Consultant plays a critical role as the bridge between the business, design, and engineering, fostering a shared understanding among all stakeholders. The Product Consultant decomposes moderate to complex market validated problems into logical components that accurately capture the needs of users and depict the ideal solution. The team IDT anticipates how technology will shape the future and begins building future capabilities and practices today. IDT drives the Ideation, Incubation and scale of hybrid businesses and tech enabled offerings at prioritized offering portfolio and industry interactions.It drives cultural and capability transformation from solely services – based businesses to hybrid businesses. IDT partners with the network such as converge, Small factory, True Serve, Cortex AI to build hybrid businesses, enterprise platforms and incubate emerging practices to future proof business and help clients get there, first . IDT encompasses many teams—dreamers, designers, builders—and partners with the business to bring a unique POV to deliver services and products for clients.Qualifications:Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 5+ years of product analysis or business analysis experience (or equivalent) Research, develop, and document requirements through deliverables including, but not limited to, user personas, context diagrams, capability maps, epics, detailed user stories (with acceptance criteria), and demo scripts. Collaborate with product owners, SMEs, other business leaders, and product team colleagues (e.g., solution architecture, development, QA, UI design) to obtain inputs for prioritization, drive decisions, and solicit feedback used to develop, refine, and finalize product deliverables. Mitigate risk by clearing up business objectives for stakeholders. Own, maintain and groom product backlog. Drive product refinement/grooming sessions with product and business teams. Scope, plan, and drive working sessions and recurring checkpoints with management, business stakeholders and downstream teams. Represent the needs of the business during product development/evolution. Provide input and clarifications to product team colleagues as needed Set goals for sprint and provide a prioritized backlog. Document key decisions, action items, and notes from meetings and distribute to necessary stakeholders. Synthesize customer research Monitor and drive progress of documentation of deliverables against project timelines. Participate in typical scrum processes and ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, grooming, product reviews/demos and retrospectives). Support Product Manager and Product Owner roles, as needed. Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: MS Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel, JIRA Agile software development Exposure to product management methodologies such as Pragmatic Institute Business process modeling Persona development Stakeholder interviewing and management Well versed in user story development Well versed in requirements gathering and definition Ability to work well with product owners, business and technical subject matter experts, product delivery managers, creative designers, technical architects, software developers, offshore delivery teams, and testers Ability to lead workshops with medium-large groups of diverse participants in-person and virtually Experience with project management, planning, and organization Documentation of deliverables and meeting outcomes Strong sense of ownership, and responsibility for deliverables Strong verbal and written English communication Highly diligent, comfortable with ambiguity and solving complex problems, and flexible with willingness to stretch comfort zones to meet product, team, and competency goals. Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (3 Year) within a technical field.
