With 400+ early education and care centres under 21 brands, our 10,000+ dedicated team members nurture over 42,000 children every day.As an ASX listed growth company, we’re committed to empowering, rewarding, and supporting every team member – from our centre educators to our leadership and support team.The OpportunityWe are seeking a Product Coordinator (FinOps) to support the day-to-day operations of our core business systems and play a key role in implementing our strategic product roadmap.In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate across Finance, Digital Solutions, and People teams to ensure our platforms are optimised, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals. You’ll bring strong knowledge of finance, timekeeping, and/or HR systems, with the ability to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes.This is a full-time, fixed-term role for a duration of 6–9 months.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, training, and guidance to system users across the businessDeveloping user manuals, training materials, and documentation to promote best practicePartnering with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and support system enhancementsEnsuring compliance with regulations and data integrity standardsManaging data accuracy, reporting, and dashboards to support decision-makingIdentifying and mitigating risks to maintain system reliability and securityAbout YouYou’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and have a keen eye for detail. With strong communication and analytical skills, you can balance day-to-day operational needs with continuous improvement projects. Experience working with financial or workforce management systems will see you hit the ground running.Experience with supporting technology solutions. E.g. ERP systems, CRM softwareExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.1 year experience in either a Finance or People Management departmentExperience with cloud-based Financial/ People Management systems and technologies. Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement.
