We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our Inorganics team!In this exciting position, you’ll manage your own product portfolio while supporting both the Nordic and European Product Managers. If you're passionate about commercial strategy, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration – we want to hear from you!As a Product Coordinator you will collaborate closely with colleagues within our different sales teams, supply chain, operations and our European Product Management team, securing our volume growth targets. You will work from our office in Malmö.Your most important tasks will, among other things, include:Manage your portfolio to achieve your budget and ensure product information within our systems is accurateNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best agreements and pricingOptimize selling prices and margins through smart tools and strategiesLaunch new products and ensure successful adoption across the businessAnalyze market trends and share insights through monthly performance reports and through market updatesWork closely with Sales to provide commercial support, and ensure awareness of product specifications, sourcing and purchasing arrangements, availability, and pricingLiaise with Supply Chain to determine forecasts and appropriate stock levelsQualifications:You have a background in a commercial role, such as sales or a similar area. A university degree in social sciences, finance, administration, or an equivalent field is not required but is considered an advantage.You are skilled in working with Excel, and previous experience using Excel is a merit. Experience working with SAP is also considered a merit. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. Knowledge of other Scandinavian languages is also considered a merit.A driver’s license is beneficial, as it allows you to use our company car to visit suppliers and customers when needed.What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone with strong organizational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
