Product & Creative Designer

CareNestPro is a global CareTech platform connecting families with trusted caregivers while empowering professionals through training and certification.We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Product & Creative Designer who’s passionate about creating meaningful user experiences and visually engaging designs.About the RoleThis role blends product design (UI/UX) and creative design. You’ll design intuitive user interfaces for our digital products (CareNestPro Connect & Academy) and also create marketing visuals that tell our brand story across Africa and the U.S.What You’ll DoDesign mobile and web interfaces using Figma.Translate user journeys into clean, functional designs.Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy in Flutter/Webflow.Create marketing and campaign graphics for social media, print, and presentations.Maintain CareNestPro’s design system and brand consistency across platforms.Support new product rollouts with creative direction and UX input.What We’re Looking For3+ years of design experience across UI/UX and creative work.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.Portfolio showing both product and creative design work.Strong eye for detail, typography, and layout.Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
