Product Data Analyst, Shop Chatbot & AI Chat

Job DescriptionCollect, clean, and analyze chatbot interaction and user behavior data to identify key trends and business issuesDesign and maintain dashboards and reports to support product, operations, and engineering teamsMonitor key performance metrics (e.g., intent recognition rate, response time, user satisfaction) and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to support business decisions and product improvementsContribute to model evaluation and A/B test analysis, generating insights for continuous system optimizationRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; majors in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields are preferredMinimum 3 years of working experience with SQL, A/B testing and, prior project experience with large datasetsFamiliarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plusExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an advantageStrong analytical thinking, communication skills, and team spiritPassion or interest in chatbot products, AI technologies, or natural language processing is a plus
