Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of digital product streams, including a consumer-facing app, web portal, and supporting systemsManage and motivate delivery partners and internal teams to ensure delivery against milestones and SLAsDrive agile delivery rhythm, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stand-upsOversee delivery performance, risks, and dependencies across vendors and internal teamsCollaborate with technical, change, and test leads to maintain alignment across workstreamsMaintain visibility of roadmap progress, issues, and risks for executive and program reportingPromote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the delivery team About YouExtensive experience in product delivery, digital transformation, or program delivery rolesProven success leading cross-functional delivery teams in agile environmentsExperience managing external vendors or system integrators, ideally within large-scale enterprise or government programsFamiliarity with cloud-hosted platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar) and enterprise solutions such as Dynamics 365Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skillsAbility to work comfortably across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive progress and resolve issuesBackground in health, insurance, or other complex service-based environments is advantageous This is a standout opportunity for a delivery professional who thrives in complex, high-visibility environments.
