This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional people like you.Your Mission:Your mission as Product Delivery Manager is to own the delivery of Labs initiatives from discovery to testing and handover, embedding modern product and engineering practices that scale across multiple services. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering and partner governance, you will translate business needs into real products, drive agile execution, and ensure that outcomes meet dwpbank’s business, regulatory and operational acceptance standards.In our new Labs team, we partner with dwpbank to modernise their core securities infrastructure and deliver new services. Labs combines the speed and product practices of a fintech company with dwpbank’s scale and regulatory rigour to accelerate time-to-market, improve operational efficiency and bring a startup mindset into a highly regulated environment. At lemon.markets we value ownership a lot, and you will have the opportunity to set up and run a high-performing Labs squad. Drive prioritisation across stakeholders and ensure the team delivers two new services by end of 2026 with additional services in flight, laying the groundwork for multiple parallel Labs streams.You will:Lead prioritisation and delivery for Labs initiatives, aligning lemon.markets and dwpbank stakeholders on outcomes, scope and delivery plans. Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and a continuously groomed backlog, and run agile ceremonies end-to-end (standups, refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives). Drive discovery with dwpbank product leads, solution architects, subject-matter experts, compliance, risk and operations to validate problem framing and scope solutions. Own the delivery engine: unblock dependencies, manage risks and assumptions, ensure build quality and sandbox readiness, orchestrate test plans and oversee UAT with traceable test evidence. Prepare handover artefacts for dwpbank’s production acceptance and release processes and report progress to Labs leadership, the Mission Control Centre and partner stakeholders. Model modern product practices within a regulated context, demonstrating how a high-velocity team maintains quality and compliance. You have gained extensive experience in product delivery, product management or similar roles for complex software systems (5+ years). Ideally within financial market infrastructure or investment operations, and you are familiar with working in regulated environments. You bring deep working knowledge of agile methodologies. You know how to implement and improve ceremonies in multi-stakeholder environments. From writing user stories, acceptance criteria and testable outcomes, balancing speed, quality, and scope pragmatically. You always play the long game with stakeholders. You think beyond individual projects and workstreams, building strong and lasting relationships across both organisations. You are comfortable communicating in writing and verbally in both German and English (native or C1). You can create clarity among diverse stakeholders and driving alignment. You understand the realities of regulated environments and collaborate effectively with compliance, risk, operations, and enterprise architecture. You have demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams to deliver regulated or mission-critical systems, managing stakeholders across enterprise environments and external partners. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are detail-obsessed and have a bias for measurable outcomes. You thrive in ambiguity. You cut through noise to focus on outcomes, and hold teams accountable through influence and collaboration.
