Our next mission is to build powerful direct-to-consumer brands and maximize customer lifetime value at global scale.We are building a performance-driven eCommerce platform where every part of the user journey, from browsing to payment, is optimized for conversion and retention.As a Product Design Manager, you will shape the end-to-end user experience and ensure every design decision not only looks great but drives measurable impact on conversion, retention, and lifetime value.You will be the bridge between business needs, product vision, user insights, and technical feasibility, leading the design team to create intuitive, high-performing experiences at scale.1. Own End-to-End User Experience- Own the full user journey from entry to post-purchase to ensure seamless, intuitive, high-conversion experiences.- Design and optimize user flows, wireframes, prototypes to reduce friction and improve usability2. Lead UX/UI Craft & Visual Quality- Review and elevate design outputs (wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi UI) with strong taste in layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.- Collaborate closely with designers to iterate and deliver pixel-perfect, usable, and conversion-focused UI.3. Drive Data-Informed Design Decisions- Research and analyze qualitative insights to uncover pain points and opportunities- Partner with Data/BA to analyze quantitative data (funnels, click-through rate, A/B tests..), form hypotheses and design improvements- Translate data into actionable insights and measurable UX/UI optimization, connect design outcomes directly to key business metrics (conversion, retention, CLTV, engagement).4. Drive Cross-functional Execution- Align business needs, user needs, and technical feasibility with BA, Engineering, Data, UX, Marketing, and Ops- Lead features from ideation to launch and iteration, ensuring measurable impact on user experience, conversion, and product performance- 5+ years in Product / UX / UI Design in product-based companies (eCommerce / Fintech / Marketplace preferred)- 2+ years in Senior / Lead / Design Manager role owning end-to-end UX/UI strategy- Strong portfolio with detailed UX case studies (problem -> research -> iterations -> final solution -> impact)- Experience designing user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-conversion experiences- Proficient in qualitative & quantitative research, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and UX optimization- Understand how design impacts key business metrics (conversion, retention, CLTV, revenue)- Strong communication, storytelling & stakeholder management- High ownership, fast execution, growth mindset, willing to test & iterate- Competitive total compensation package (up to $80.000/year)- High ownership & autonomy over core user experience and product design- Direct impact on millions of users in the US market- Clear career path to Head of Design / VP Design / Product Leader / Head of Product- Equity / profit sharing opportunities- Smart, data-driven, high-performance team- 12 WFH days + 12 paid leave + global health insurance- Dedicated L&D budget for senior talents- Offices: pantry, game room, library, café
