Job Description

Product Design Manager will report to Group Head of Imagineering & Experience Design.The Product Design Manager is responsible to lead and orchestrate all design disciplines — including architecture, interior, landscape, structure, and MEP — to ensure cohesive, high-quality design outcomes aligned with the project’s vision and commercial objectives. This role bridges creativity and practicality, coordinating closely with architects, design consultants, and internal stakeholders (Vendor Managements and Project Services) to achieve excellence through effective design management and value engineering.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and integrate all design disciplines (architecture, interior, landscape, structure, and MEP) into a unified and coherent design direction.Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.Ensure that all design outputs reflect the project’s vision, functional requirements, and brand standards.Review and manage all design deliverables and submissions to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project requirements.Provide consolidated feedback and track revisions and milestones to maintain design quality, consistency, and alignment with the project schedule.Identify potential design and coordination risks early, and drive proactive resolution.Maintain a clear documentation trail for design decisions, approvals, and change requests.Lead the value engineering process to optimize design quality, cost, and constructability.Support project teams during implementation to maintain design integrity and resolve issues.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related design discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary design for mixed-use, resort, or large-scale development projects.Strong understanding of multi-disciplinary design processes (architecture, interior, landscape, structure, MEP).Excellent leadership and coordination skills with the ability to communicate across creative, technical, and commercial teams.Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex drawings and technical documents.Familiarity with construction methods, local regulations, and value engineering principles.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Due to the high volume of applications, only those selected for further consideration will be contacted.
