Product Designer - Telehealth

More detail on the role:As a UX Designer, you’ll collaborate directly with the Head of Product and our global remote team to shape an intuitive, elegant, and scalable digital experience that supports both patients and providers. The team are keen to connect with hands-on, creatives who love to build, experiment, and redefine the norm of user interface.Key responsibilities will include:Conducting deep user research to understand needs, challenges, and behaviors.Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design direction with business goals.Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and refine design concepts.Auditing and improving existing UI, identifying opportunities for greater usability and visual cohesion.Simplifying workflows and interactions while preserving the software’s advanced capabilities.Running usability testing to validate design decisions and refine experiences.Staying on top of emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate our product.What you will bring:Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, or similar role, with a portfolio that demonstrates your design process and results.Experience working within the Digital Health space, ideally Telehealth, or related field.Proficiency in modern design tools.Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility principles.Familiarity with software development workflows and technical collaboration.Excellent communication and presentation skills and a strong problem-solving mindset & creative approach to tackling complex design challenges.If this sounds like you, please apply right away - the team are ready to start interviews right away!
